Biografie

Suzy Sureck’s lives and works in New York City and Gardiner, NY. She has exhibited her sculptural installations, drawings, videos and photographs in the U.S., Europe, Korea, Australia, India and the Middle East. She recently completed an underwater installation at the The Geumgang Nature Art Biennale, Gongju, Korea; a video installation at the Dorsky Museum in New York. Her works have been shown at the Poznan and Lodz Biennales, The Neuberger Museum Biennial of Public Art, Walkunstpfad, WintergARTen and Vogelfrei in Darmstadt, the Evergreen House in Baltimore, and the Snug Harbor Cultural Center in NY. Two suspended sculptures were created over the East River in New York City at Socrates Park, and above the Ramon Crater in Israel’s Negev desert.
